The Opportunity

Integra is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist to independently plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing initiatives that support business objectives across the organization. This experienced, hands-on marketing professional combines campaign development, content creation, project management, stakeholder partnership, marketing operations, measurement, and creative execution.

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful marketing generalist who can receive a business need or loosely defined request and determine what information is needed, which approach and channels are appropriate, what deliverables should be developed, and how the project should move forward. This individual must be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including campaign planning, writing, presentations, Canva documents, research, stakeholder reviews, project tracking, and the administrative details required for successful delivery.

This position reports to the Marketing Manager and works collaboratively with Creative Marketing team members, Communications, subject-matter experts, leaders, and cross-functional partners throughout the organization.

What you will do?

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing initiatives for internal and external audiences that support organizational priorities and business objectives.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear marketing strategies, campaigns, communications, and deliverables, recommending appropriate audiences, messaging, channels, timing, and tactics.
  • Develop and coordinate campaign plans across email, intranet, digital content, presentations, print, video, events, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate campaign components to keep messaging, creative execution, distribution, timing, and business objectives aligned, and recommend improvements based on results and stakeholder needs.
  • Independently manage marketing projects from initial request through final delivery, including scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, resources, reviews, approvals, documentation, and final materials.
  • Identify missing information, stakeholders, assets, approvals, or dependencies and proactively communicate project status, questions, risks, and potential delays.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder relationships with varying levels of complexity, urgency, and visibility while maintaining organized files, versions, approvals, and project records.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for campaigns, emails, intranet articles, presentations, one-pagers, employee communications, digital content, events, educational materials, launches, and corporate announcements.
  • Translate complex, technical, or operational information into clear, concise, audience-appropriate messaging and adapt content across audiences while maintaining brand voice and standards.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts, conduct independent research, organize messaging hierarchy, and identify opportunities to tell stronger employee, project, operational, community, and organizational stories.
  • Build productive relationships across the organization and serve as a marketing partner who helps stakeholder groups clarify objectives, audiences, timing, deliverables, expectations, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate loosely defined requests into actionable marketing solutions and coordinate across subject-matter experts, Creative Marketing, Communications, vendors, and other business partners.
  • Create polished presentations, Canva documents, flyers, one-pagers, digital graphics, campaign materials, and routine creative assets using established templates and brand standards.
  • Partner with the Senior Creative Marketing Specialist on projects requiring advanced presentation design, visual storytelling, video, animation, or sophisticated creative execution.
  • Support marketing intake, prioritization, project-management, campaign-calendar, editorial-calendar, documentation, workload-management, and digital-asset processes.
  • Develop and maintain repeatable workflows, templates, checklists, standard operating procedures, and organized departmental resources that improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Support campaign measurement by identifying success metrics, reviewing available data, documenting results, and recommending improvements to messaging, channels, timing, or execution.
  • Create and maintain surveys, forms, tracking links, QR codes, reporting tools, contact lists, and distribution information as needed.
  • Support corporate events, conferences, employee initiatives, and organizational programs through communications, promotional plans, materials, vendors, logistics, signage, presentations, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate vendors, quotes, orders, production requirements, stakeholder meetings, approvals, final distribution, proofreading, quality checks, and other administrative activities required to move projects forward.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive professional experience in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing marketing projects from concept through completion and coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, audience segmentation, messaging, integrated campaigns, communication channels, and channel strategy.
  • Excellent project-management, organizational, time-management, research, critical-thinking, problem-solving, writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible content and work effectively with incomplete information or loosely defined requests.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365, working proficiency in Canva, and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud for routine edits and basic marketing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, professional judgment, written communication, verbal communication, stakeholder partnership, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders across multiple functions and levels, receive feedback professionally, and adapt quickly as business needs evolve.
  • Willingness to perform strategic, creative, production, operational, and administrative work as part of a collaborative Marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting internal and external marketing, integrated multi-channel campaigns, employee engagement, employer branding, corporate programs, presentations, or long-form content preferred.
  • Experience in B2B, construction, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, technology, or data center environments and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences preferred.
  • Experience with digital analytics, campaign measurement, events, vendors, promotional programs, process development, multimedia, SharePoint, Planner, Forms, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Canva, or similar platforms preferred.
