Production Change Management Coordinator

The Opportunity

The Change Management Coordinator is responsible for the facilitation and analysis of all production changes within a mission-critical data center environment. This role ensures that changes to design, and subsequent downstream impacts are communicated and executed within a controlled, risk-mitigated manner, while delivering results to meet the urgency of mission-critical execution.

This position will work closely with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management teams. The coordinator acts as a central point of control for change activities, enforcing standardized processes and ensuring alignment within specified Integra change management practices and procedures.

What you will do?

ECR Intake & Impact Assessment Facilitator

  • Manage full lifecycle of production changes (Engineering Change Requests), including submission, review, approval, scheduling, cost impact and closure.
  • Ensure all changes follow established process, documentation standards, and risk assessment criteria.
  • Facilitate change management meetings, and drive decision-making on high-impact changes.

Communication & Reporting

  • Communicate directly with Design, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Project Management stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of ECRs.
  • Analysis of metrics and reports on change management performance.
  • Maintain alignment with best practices and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Understanding of mission critical environments (data centers, infrastructure systems, or 24/7 production operations)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-risk changes in complex multi-system environments
