The Opportunity
The PMO Integration Manager will partner closely with the Director of Integration & Optimization and PMO leadership to drive alignment, execution, and integration across projects and functions.
This role ensures cross-functional inputs are aligned, risks are surfaced early, and leadership engagements are focused on clear decisions and forward progress. It also provides hands-on support to build, standardize, and sustain PMO governance, coordination, and execution practices as the organization scales.
The role is accountable for driving ownership and follow-through across teams, with a focus on enabling execution and improving how the business operates day to day.
This role is critical to scaling the PMO by increasing integration capacity, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and ensuring consistent execution across the business.
What you will do?
PMO Operating Rhythm & Business Integration
- Drive alignment across project-level operating rhythms and PMO forums (weekly reviews, project reviews, executive forums)
- Establish and standardize agendas, templates, and input expectations
- Ensure forums are efficient, focused on priorities, and tied to business outcomes
- Facilitate discussions as needed to support clarity and progress
Project & Executive Alignment
- Support execution of structured project-level forums across the lifecycle (LOI, Directive, Contract, Execution)
- Drive timely, complete inputs from all functions
- Identify gaps in risks, issues, and progress reporting and resolve misalignment ahead of leadership review
- Ensure discussions are focused on priorities, tradeoffs, and next step
Project Directive Integration & Lifecycle Management
- Own and maintain the Project Directive Register as a single source of truth
- Integrate cross-functional inputs (cost, schedule, scope, risk) into cohesive, aligned directives
- Partner with functions to validate inputs and ensure readiness for leadership review
- Structure directives to clearly communicate intent, risks, and execution approach
- Track approvals, maintain version control, and ensure alignment across revisions
- Escalate misalignment or risk related to directive scope and execution
Cross-Functional Integration & PMO Support
- Act as a central integrator across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and PMO
- Support day-to-day execution across projects by aligning inputs, timelines, and priorities
- Identify disconnects across teams and drive resolution
- Provide hands-on support to improve coordination and execution consistency
Action, Decision & Risk Integration
- Maintain visibility of key actions, decisions, and risks across projects
- Ensure clear ownership and timely follow-through on commitments
- Connect risks and issues across forums to support proactive management
- Provide visibility into status, risks, and escalation needs
Leadership Material Preparation & Decision Framing
- Develop clear, leadership-ready materials (decks, one-pagers, summaries)
- Translate inputs into structured decision asks with defined options and impacts
- Maintain consistency in messaging and templates across PMO communications
PMO Development & Execution Support
- Support development and continuous improvement of PMO governance, tools, and processes
- Establish and maintain consistent templates and workflows across projects
- Provide hands-on support during periods of growth, transition, or increased demand
- Serve as flexible PMO support across priorities as business needs evolve
Operating Rhythm & System Health
- Monitor effectiveness of PMO coordination and execution workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Maintain tools and trackers to ensure a reliable source of truth
Required Qualifications
- Experience in program management, project coordination, program support, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and drive follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, leadership-ready materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and document management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EPC, manufacturing, construction, or data center environments
- Familiarity with project governance, stage gates, or directive-based approvals
- Experience supporting executive-level meetings or operating rhythms
- PMP certification (or working toward)
