The Senior QMS and Operational Excellence Leader is responsible for leading the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of Integra’s Quality Management System while driving operational excellence across corporate, engineering, manufacturing, integration, commissioning, supplier, and field operations. This role serves as a senior quality systems and process improvement leader, ensuring that policies, procedures, process ownership, records, metrics, audits, corrective actions, management reviews, and improvement priorities are clearly defined, consistently executed, and aligned with ISO 9001 principles, customer requirements, regulatory expectations, and Integra’s enterprise quality objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong QMS leadership, operational excellence experience, cross-functional influence, data-driven problem solving, and a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen process discipline, audit readiness, standardized execution, risk reduction, and customer outcomes.

What you will do?

QMS GOVERNANCE, EXECUTION, AND ADMINISTRATION

  • Lead the governance, administration, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across Integra’s corporate, engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, integration, commissioning, and field operations.
  • Establish and maintain QMS process architecture, controlled documentation, records, standards, workflows, roles, responsibilities, and system health monitoring to support consistent execution and audit readiness.
  • Ensure quality policies, objectives, procedures, and process controls remain aligned with ISO 9001 principles, customer requirements, regulatory expectations, and Integra’s enterprise quality operating model

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

  • Lead operational excellence initiatives that improve standard work, process discipline, handoffs, quality controls, cycle time, first-pass quality, cost of poor quality, and customer-impacting outcomes.
  • Partner with process owners and functional leaders to map, standardize, measure, and improve key business processes using risk-based thinking, Lean/Six Sigma methods, PDCA, root cause analysis, and practical problem solving.
  • Drive sustainable corrective and preventive actions that address systemic process gaps, repeat nonconformities, audit findings, customer concerns, and operational risks.
  • Develop training and coaching programs to drive RCA and Six Sigma training.

AUDITS, MANAGEMENT REVIEW, AND COMPLIANCE

  • Own the QMS internal audit program, including audit strategy, annual planning, schedules, criteria, execution, reporting, finding closure, and effectiveness verification.
  • Serve as a senior liaison for external registrar, customer, regulatory, and third-party quality system audits, ensuring objective evidence, process owner readiness, responses, and corrective actions are complete and timely.
  • Lead management review preparation and execution by consolidating QMS performance, audit results, corrective action status, customer feedback, process performance, risks, opportunities, resource needs, and improvement actions into executive-ready summaries.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, METRICS, AND DIGITAL ENABLEMENT

  • Define, track, and report quality system and operational excellence metrics, including audit completion, finding closure, corrective action aging, training compliance, document control performance, repeat findings, customer feedback, process adherence, and QMS effectiveness.
  • Analyze QMS and operational data to identify recurring defects, process variation, compliance risks, quality-related waste, and improvement opportunities across functions and sites.
  • Support QMS digitization, dashboards, workflow improvements, data integrity, document control tools, corrective action tracking, and performance visibility that enable scalable quality execution.

STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION, TRAINING, AND CHANGE LEADERSHIP

  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Quality, Supplier Quality, Integration Quality, Commissioning, Operations, HR, and executive leadership to align QMS expectations, process ownership, improvement priorities, and accountability.
  • Develop and deliver QMS, audit readiness, document control, corrective action, process compliance, and continuous improvement training for leaders, process owners, quality teams, and employees.
  • Coach teams on process discipline, problem solving, standardization, risk-based thinking, and “everyone owns quality” expectations to strengthen Integra’s quality culture.

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

  • Supervise, coach, and develop QMS, audit, documentation, quality operations, and continuous improvement personnel as assigned.
  • Establish priorities, project plans, milestones, owners, and operating rhythms for QMS deployment, process improvement, audit readiness, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on QMS maturity, operational excellence progress, risks, resource needs, corrective actions, and improvement results

Required Qualifications
